Hi, I’m Julia, I’m a fun-loving, adventure-seeking homebody. I’m always down to try new foods, even if I’m lactose intolerant. You’ll find me often around animals watching bad reality TV and sometimes planning my next trip or climbing something. As a therapist, I prioritize autonomy, flexibility and comfort. I hold space for lightness and humour, as well as challenging feelings and thoughts. I always say, there is no pressure to show up to therapy other than exactly how you are in that moment.

Hi, I’m Amanda. I’m a wife, mother, daughter, dog mom to two crazy pups, nature lover, and yoga enthusiast. Outside of the therapy space, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, outdoors soaking up nature, or diving into my latest hobby or creative project.
As a fellow ADHDer, I’m always curious, exploring, and finding new ways to connect with the world around me. In the therapy room, I show up as emotionally attuned, grounded, relational, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, safe, and understood. I approach each person with compassion, curiosity, and a non-judgmental stance, while also offering gentle challenge when needed to help expand awareness and support meaningful growth.
I take the time to truly get to know my clients, not just for the struggles or symptoms that bring them to therapy, but for who they are as unique individuals. I deeply value the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate healing, self-discovery, and change.
My work incorporates IFS-informed therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, and creative forms of expression to meet the unique needs of each client. I work with individuals navigating trauma, relationship concerns, and neurodivergence, helping them build deeper self-understanding, more authentic connections, and lives that feel more fulfilling and aligned.
I believe healing happens in relationship, through feeling supported, understood, and empowered to reconnect with yourself in new ways.

Hi friends! I’m Emily, a passionate cat mom to a spicy Tortoise shell, a heels dancer, and someone who will try every crafty hobby and then immediately forget about it. When I am not a therapist, I often spend my time playing cozy games, soaking up the sun, and watching any form of hockey (including Heated Rivalry).
As someone who has experienced anxiety and depression, and tried to navigate this mental health system, I am incredibly passionate about care that involves validation and empathy. I will never be the person to tell you to just be happy. I often swear in session and like to joke, while also being able to be serious and leave space for the heavy emotions we experience. I often come from a place of acceptance and work to build awareness around our experiences, how they function, and how we can change our relationship to these sticky things.
Sessions with me can be a mix of ranting about the world, exploring goals and next steps, and building compassion towards ourselves during every step of the way. At the end of the day, we are all humans trying to navigate this screwed up world and I am happy to be a part of your journey; whatever it may look like.

Hey, I’m Ayesha, an immigrant who identifies as a heterosexual woman (she/her). Growing up in a joint family system taught me a lot about relationships, boundaries, and the beauty of the complexity of family dynamics. Those experiences have shaped my understanding of people and connection. I’ve navigated my own share of anxiety, culture-clash moments, and “what am I doing with my life?” spirals, so I get it when things feel heavy. I enjoy doing nails, art, and crafts as a way to unwind and express my creativity. My friends describe me as a caring, compassionate, authentic, honest, and calm person.

Hellllllo lovely humans! I’m Katie, though most folks know me by Kaitlin, and I am a goofy, passionate, big-feeling person who loves to crack a dark joke and a swear word (or 10). Some things I’ve embraced about myself over the years are my queerness, my weirdness, and my absolute hatred of tradition in all forms. My drive for this work stems from my love of supporting folks with the challenging, unpredictable, chaotic stuff that goes on in our lives. I think there is a beauty in being messy and imperfect, so while of course I want to help you make the hard moments a little less hard, I also want to help you accept that the big feelings we navigate are a necessary and wonderful part of being human. As a therapist, I try to always show up as a person first, not a stuffy clinician—and this might come along with some challenging pokes and prods as we work through the stuff that you’re struggling with. It’s a lot of hand-talking, a lot of sarcasm, and a lot of balancing gentle and tender care with confronting the tough stuff.

Hi, I’m Celeste, and I genuinely dislike talking about myself, but here goes!
I’d say I am equal parts deep feeler and playful adventurer—someone who makes space for the laughs, the tears, and everything tender in between. I feel most at home out in nature—whether I’m hiking, snowboarding, paddling, gardening, or moving through a land-based yoga practice—I come alive when I’m outside. I am also a book lover—give me a cabin in the woods with my dog Bow and a pile of books and I’ll be the happiest little clam. My cultural and spiritual path is always unfolding. I have immense love for my community, and I am incredibly grateful for their guidance as we reconnect with ancestral wisdom and Indigenous ways of being. I care widely and deeply—about people, land, and the more-than-human world—and this shows up in my commitment to social justice and collective liberation. At the end of the day, I’m someone who is constantly learning, unlearning, and being changed by what I encounter. I do my best to show up with an open heart, curiosity, and a deep respect for the messy, beautiful paths we are all walking together.
